Most problems on a residential project start before construction does. We invest in the hours before framing: drawings, allowances, lead times, and direct conversation with the trades doing the work. The build then becomes the calmer half of the project, not the louder one.

From your seat, decisions get easier as the project moves forward, not harder. The hard work is done on paper. The build is execution against a plan we both already understand.

    Conversation

    Every project starts with a long, unhurried conversation. We listen for the shape of the home you want, the constraints you are working within, and the standard you hold yourself to.

    On-site walkthrough, lifestyle interview, and an honest first read on feasibility, budget, and timeline.

  2. 02

    Planning

    We turn the conversation into a working plan: drawings, specifications, allowances, and a schedule we can all defend. Decisions are made on paper before they become expensive in the field.

    Design coordination, engineering, 3D scanning of existing conditions, and a pre-construction package built for clarity.

  3. 03

    Permits

    We handle municipal review, engineering submissions, and inspections so nothing stalls on paperwork. You stay focused on the decisions only you can make.

    Local jurisdictions across Scott, Carver, Hennepin, and Dakota counties.

  4. 04

    Construction

    One project manager, one accountable team, and a jobsite kept to a high standard. Weekly progress updates and a shared schedule mean you always know where the project stands.

    Daily site supervision, trade coordination, change-order discipline, and a quality bar enforced at every milestone.

  5. 05

    Delivery

    We don't disappear at substantial completion. A formal walkthrough, documented punch list, and care guides for everything we built are part of the handoff.

    Warranty period support and a relationship that often outlasts the project itself.

Communication is a deliverable: clear, regular, written down. Phone calls returned in hours, not days.

    A short written update every week: what was completed, what is next, and any decisions due from you.

    A live schedule you can open at any time. Milestones, dependencies, and lead times all in one place.

    Documented change orders
    No verbal change orders. Every scope change is written, priced, and approved before work proceeds.

    Site walk on request
    We are happy to walk the project with you any week. Most clients settle into a rhythm of every two to three weeks.
