Technology-driven planning
for better construction.
3D laser scanning, point-cloud modeling, and digital coordination on every project. Decisions get made in planning, not in the field under pressure.
See the project before construction begins.
Floor plans, digital modeling, and finished project documentation help us plan clearly before work starts.
A digital twin of the building,
before construction begins.
Before we design a renovation or an addition, we scan the existing building. A survey-grade laser scanner captures every wall, beam, duct, and out-of-plumb surface as millions of accurate three-dimensional points. The model that results is a digital twin, true to the building as it actually stands.
Designers draw against that model rather than against a tape measure. Structural engineers know exactly how much beam they have to work with. Mechanical contractors know where the duct really runs. Decisions that used to happen in the field, often expensively, happen on the page instead.
Each fix prevents one surprise.
Together, they protect your budget.
- 01No field surprisesA scanned condition rarely turns into the mid-project email about a wall that isn't where the drawings said it was.
- 02Tighter budgetsAllowances and material takeoffs are calibrated to reality. Estimates hold because they were built on real geometry.
- 03Faster permitsReviewers see clean, accurate as-builts. Comments come back about the design, not about the drawings being off.
- 04Confident additionsRoofline transitions, eave alignments, and floor levels all coordinate cleanly. Additions read as part of the original house.
- 05Better collaborationArchitects, engineers, and trades all work from the same authoritative model. Nobody is guessing.
- 06Owner clarityWe can walk you through proposed changes in 3D against the home you already live in. Decisions get easier.
What lives
behind the model.
A focused stack of tools used on every project, not just for marketing.
- Survey-grade laser scanning of existing conditions
- Photogrammetry for exterior envelopes and site context
- Point-cloud-to-CAD and BIM coordination
- 3D walkthroughs reviewed with clients before framing
- As-built handoff so future trades inherit accurate drawings
Bring us a building.
We’ll scan what’s actually there.
Tell us about the project. We'll walk through scope, timeline, and budget, and tell you straight if we're the right fit.
