A digital twin of the building,

Before we design a renovation or an addition, we scan the existing building. A survey-grade laser scanner captures every wall, beam, duct, and out-of-plumb surface as millions of accurate three-dimensional points. The model that results is a digital twin, true to the building as it actually stands.

Designers draw against that model rather than against a tape measure. Structural engineers know exactly how much beam they have to work with. Mechanical contractors know where the duct really runs. Decisions that used to happen in the field, often expensively, happen on the page instead.
