Custom Homes
built to a site, not a template.

From the first site walk through the final punch list, our custom homes are designed to suit the land, the climate, and the family who will live there for decades.

01Overview

Ground-up homes designed around the land and the people living there.

Every custom home we build begins on the lot. Where does the sun fall in February? Where does water move when the snow goes? What does the family actually do at six in the morning, and again at nine at night? Those answers shape the plan before any drawings are finalized.

We coordinate architecture, structural engineering, envelope detailing, mechanical design, and interior selection under one project manager. Decisions are made in sequence and on paper, with allowances, lead times, and tradeoffs visible the whole way through.

When we break ground, the home has already been built once on the page. The result is a calmer build, a more accurate schedule, and a home detailed down to the smallest reveal.
